A: A: Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

A: A: Yes, Sizzler Gift Cards are reusable. At any time, you can reload your Sizzler Gift Card with additional cash value. This will be a separate voucher loaded to your card. The total of all vouchers on your card cannot exceed $500 and each separate re-load has an expiry of 12 months after it is activated.
