Q: Do I have to book before dining at Sizzler?
A: Sizzler Restaurants don’t take any bookings, except for Christmas Day (and Mother’s Day in our WA restaurants). However if you are dining with a large group, we do recommend contacting your local Sizzler restaurant as they may be able to suggest the best time to arrive and provide you with other important information. Q: When is Sizzler Open?
A: Sizzler is open 365 days a year, except Carramar, which is not open on Christmas Day. Trading hours are 11am-9pm for lunch and dinner, although times vary slightly at some restaurants. (See our Restaurants page for further details). We are also open for Sunday Breakfast from 7.30am – 10am at selected restaurants.

Q: How does the Sizzler Seniors Discount Card work?
A: The card entitles customers 60 years or over to a 20% discount off their meal.* The card can be used all day Monday to Wednesday and before 6pm Thursday to Sunday. To obtain a card, simply present some photo identification with your age on it at your local Sizzler Restaurant. *Discount only applies to the card bearer and does not apply to promotions, “add-on” products or alcohol.
Q: Are there birthday cakes available at Sizzler?
A: Ice Cream cakes are available for purchase in all QLD & NSW restaurants. We simply ask that you contact the restaurant management team 24 hours in advance so they can organise this for you. You are also more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake.
Q: Are Sizzler Franchises available?
A: There are no longer franchised Sizzler Restaurants in Australia. All 26 of our restaurants are company owned and managed. Therefore, franchises are not available.
Q: Does Sizzler sell gift cards?
A: Yes. You can purchase a Sizzler Gift Card by visiting your local Sizzler Restaurant. You can load any amount between $20 – $500 and are the perfect gift idea for birthday’s, Christmas, staff incentives or just to say thank you. For more information on Sizzler Gift Cards, please click here.

A: No. All Sizzler Restaurants Australia wide are fully licensed, with a range of soft drink, juice, beer, wine and spirits.
