Sizzler Card - Birthday Card 25% Off Offer Terms and Conditions

 

In this notice “we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ means the Sizzler Restaurant Group Pty Ltd and Collins Foods Group.

 

1.      The Sizzler Card ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ entitles you to 25% off your total bill when 4 or more people dine at Sizzler. The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted for any other menu item(s).

2.      The ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ can only be used once during the month of your birthday, as stated on the voucher.

3.      The ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ voucher must be presented and surrendered before ordering and must be accompanied by your signed Sizzler Card.

4.      The ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

5.      Only one ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ can be redeemed for each dining party.

6.      The ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ is valid for the Sizzler Card holder only as indicated by the name on the voucher.

7.   The 'Birthday Card 25% off offer' is only sent to Sizzler Card members that provide us with their birthdate.

8.   The 'Birthday Card 25% off offer' is sent by e-mail to those that have provided a correct and active e-mail address. To those that don't have an e-mail address, a printed version is sent via Australia Post.

9.      Reproductions of the ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ voucher will be deemed null and void. We reserve right of judgement in these instances.

10.      We reserve the right to review the ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ at any time. Changes to the ‘Birthday Card 25% off offer’ terms and conditions will be published on the Sizzler website: www.sizzler.com.au.
