Sizzler maintain a strong commitment to provide our guests with the best quality ingredients across all of our Salad Bar and Grill Meal items. All of our beef is 100% Australian grown and raised, sourced from Australia’s best cattle growing regions. Our steaks are delivered chilled not frozen by Top Cut and Beak & Johnson to our restaurants three times a week. Just like our beef, all of our chicken, is 100% Australian, supplied by Inghams and Baiada.
We endeavour to source predominately local Australian-grown produce for all of our salads and sides. For our Queensland and New South Wales restaurants, this includes plump juicy tomatoes from Bundaberg and other areas of South-East Queensland, fresh herbs from central New South Wales, lettuce and field greens from Victoria and watermelons and rockmelons from North Queensland. For our Perth restaurants, field greens are sourced from farms in Gingin, sweet juicy watermelons and rockmelons from Geraldton and Carnarvon, red onions from growers in Harvey and fresh herbs from Wanneroo.
